Two things she mentioned that I found particularly interesting. I too read “Outside In” and found it to be a great way to organize the new curriculum in the 5th project listed above. And her discussion of Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a way of measuring how consumers felt about working with you. Her discussion of being careful with NPS offers an interesting way of implementing it.
We are at a new beginning as online and brick and mortar merge and change the way consumers make decisions. That makes “PeopleShock” a very timely book to read right now.”
